It is reported that the Utah Division of Securities is pressing a civil complaint against Theodore L. Hansen and Charles W. Hanna, Esquire for securities fraud involving a real estate transaction. Apparently, they duped one Ruth Jepson into giving them $100,000.00 purportedly for the purchase of a real estate investment, but within two days of getting her money, they spent over $90,000.00 of it paying their own bills...Doncha love it??!!
